Victory Day Speeches

Abstract
In this month’s issue, we commemorate the anniversary of Victory Day by presenting a curated selection of speeches from celebrations co-hosted by the American Communist Party and Russian diaspora communities across the United States and Canada. Featured in this issue are two longer speeches from Texas: one by our chapter executive, Dan Seymour Redd, and another by ACP cadre PJ Cornell. We also include a speech by Ontario cadre Emrick Benedicto, as well as the transcript of remarks delivered by Vietnam veteran David Applewhite at our event in Dallas, Texas. Finally, for the first time in Red America, we publish a poem by Texas cadre Fallon Julia Cochlin
